Canada and Mexico. He is consistently described as highly professional, extremely
effective, relevant, and results-oriented.
His first experiences in
training and organizational development were with the United States Navy's Human
Resource Management Program where he served as an internal consultant to ship
and shore commands worldwide in the areas of organizational development, training,
training film production, and cross cultural relations. Steve's Navy career lasted
12 years and included a tour of duty on a river patrol boat in the Republic of
Vietnam.
Upon leaving the Navy,
Steve was hired as a senior consultant with an international consulting firm where
he supervised a team of consultants/trainers in the implementation of a worldwide
productivity improvement system for a Fortune 100 company. Additionally, he developed
a self paced management development program for that company's top managers. With
a desire for practical experience and bottom line accountability, Steve then affiliated

and implementing productivity improvement measures, then as the general manager
of a division. While in this position, division sales increased from $3 million
to $9 million, net profit increased 9%, and repeat customers increased by 40%.
Steve earned
an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS
in Communications from Chapman University. He and Ada Jackson Wilders, co-founder
of Jackson Wilders Group, have been married for twenty-eight years, have two daughters,
and reside in Carlsbad, California.

Ada
Jackson Wilders
In 1986, Ada, along
with Steve Wilders, co-founded Jackson Wilders Group for the purpose of providing
management consulting and training services. She has more than 23 years of experience
in managing the operations of a consulting/training firm with responsibility for
business development, project development and financial planning. In addition
to these responsibilities, she also is a co-trainer on a number of programs offered
by Jackson Wilders Group.
For ten years prior to
her entry into the business world, Ada worked as an educator at various public
and private schools in Massachusetts, Tennessee and California. She received a
BS in Education, Magna Cum Laude, from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts
and did post graduate work in Montessori Education. Her college education was
completely financed by scholarships.
Ada and Steve had decided
when they first had children that her primary focus would be as a mother. She
was able to work part time at professional responsibilities after their daughters
had started school. Now that both daughters are adults, she is able to work full
time.
