Emotional Intelligence
There
are many examples of intelligent people who have not been promoted, can't work
well with others, are awkward in social situations and are ineffective in relating
what they know. Such individuals, in addition to being intelligent, are usually
also knowledgeable but they lack Emotional Intelligence - the ability to build
relationships and respond effectively to a great variety of situations, thus impacting
personal and organizational success.
