There are many examples of intelligent people who have not been promoted, can't work well with others, are awkward in social situations and are ineffective in relating what they know. Such individuals, in addition to being intelligent, are usually also knowledgeable but they lack Emotional Intelligence - the ability to build relationships and respond effectively to a great variety of situations, thus impacting personal and organizational success.

Program Goal
The goal of "Emotional Intelligence " is to enable each participant to understand the model and be able to adjust actions/reactions to strengthen personal impact.
