Without a doubt, today's supervisors have one of the most challenging positions within an organization. They are tasked with organizing, motivating, and overseeing humans in all aspects of their work and humans, as we know, are subject to a wide variety of behaviors. However, it is possible to effectively coach employees to improve performance in all areas of their work.

Program Goal
