Supervisors Academy
Supervisors
must possess a combination of job knowledge, conceptual skills, managerial skills
and interpersonal skills. Their various functions involve planning, organizing,
directing and controlling. To meet these needs, Jackson Wilders Group offers a
"Supervisors Academy" for either new or experienced supervisors, which
offers a broad range of topical areas. We select from these topics to determine
what curriculum best fits into your organization's needs and budget. Every academy
starts with a comprehensive assessment of each participant's current skill set
from both the participant's perspective and his/her manager's perspective and
a personal development plan. Utilizing this information as well as a personal
case study, we ensure the program is pertinent to each person's needs.
