Training for Trainers
Forward-looking
companies have incorporated training as an integral part of their corporate strategy,
recognizing that through effective technical, management and interpersonal skill
training they will stay competitive, prosper and grow. However, training can be
very expensive whether because of the hard cost of hiring external trainers and/or
establishing training departments or through the soft cost of utilizing individuals
who are not adequately prepared to relating to the company's culture, challenges
or uniqueness. To combat such costs, organizations utilize the internal employee
trainer.
